Terms and Cancellation Policy

 
  • Bookings are confirmed only after 100% payment. Failure to make the full payment by the specified date & time may result in forfeiture of any advance payment done.
  • Rescheduling will be applied only after receiving 100% payment.
  • Number of nights will not be altered- A difference amount will be applied on rescheduling as per rates of new check-in dates.
  • For cancellations received before 30 days or more - 95% will be refunded.
  • For cancellations received before 15 days or more - 50% will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior will result in no refund.
  • Refunds may not be granted in the event of unused nights or services.
  • Any refund will be subjected to a period of 07 to15 working days from the date of cancellation after deduction of charges if any.
  • No refund for Cancellation/ Rescheduling on bookings from 24th December 2024 to 31st December 2024


 

Check-In / Check-Out Time

 
  • Check-in at noon and Check-out at 10:00 AM.
  • Early Check-in is possible on prior intimation subject to room availability.
  • Late Check-Out charges as applicable.



Children and Infants

 
  • Child (05-12 years) will be charged as per above mentioned tariff.
  • Adult/Child (12 years and above) with/without extra mattress/bed, will be charged as per above mentioned rates.

  • Coral Azure, Coral Turquoise, Coral Sapphire, Coral Premium & Coral Deluxe - 03 Adults or 02 Adults + 01 Child
  • (below 12yrs)
  • Coral Teal Villa & Coral Suite - 03 adults + 01 Child (below 12years) or 02 Adults + 02 Child (below 12years)
  • Inter-connected rooms on request can be provided only for the Coral Sapphire Room.



Check-In Guideline

 
  • All Check-in Guests are requested to submit the following documents before check-in.
  • Indian National: Valid Individual Photo ID proofs: Passport/Driving License/Aadhar Card or any other Govt. approved ID.

Foreign National and Non-Resident Indians: As per the existing rules, foreign nationals holding OCI/PIO Cards with valid passports of their countries do not require any specific tourist visa to visit Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Once they enter through any ICP (Immigration Check Post) in India, they can visit Andaman for tourism (Except Citizens of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan and foreign nationals having their origin in these countries require a Restricted Area Permit).
 
  • As per guidelines, OCI Card holders are entitled to multiple entries and, a multi-purpose lifelong visa to visit India and stay for any duration. Therefore, they don't require a work or business visa separately to work or undertake business activities in India. However, they need RAP for Andaman & Nicobar Islands, if they are Citizens of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan and foreign nationals having their origin in these countries.
  • Citizens of Afghanistan, China & Pakistan are required to take prior approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs to visit Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
  • Any dispute arising in respect of this order shall be governed by the Jurisdiction of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
